


I have Been training at MCPT for 2 years now to help me get me to my next level racing Motocross and have noticed a massive improvement in my strength and fitness. Iv had a few injuries in the past and from I have been training with Emma she has really helped me rehab them and get back felling stronger than ever. Having someone like Emma on your side that you trust 100% in the training she gives you makes all the difference when your lining up on race day to give it your all.

Over the past 4 years training with McQuaid Personal training (Emma) my fitness has went from strength to strength allowing me to compete at ulster, Irish and at a national English level.
