Each program is tailored to suit each discipline and with your subscription you will have access to a private Facebook Group for Q&As, weekly program delivered to your inbox every Sunday evening, advice from Emma herself in regards to the workouts, pacing, technique, set up and much more..

           DAILY GRIND RX  - £40 per month

 

This program has been designed for RX athletes working toward The CrossFit Open looking to improve there Conditioning, Strength and Skills. 

           DAILY GRIND MX - £50 per month

Designed for MX/ATV/Kart/MTB athletes wanted to improve speed, endurance and help with injury prevention.

           DAILY GRIND in 45 - £25 per month

 

Have an extra 45-60mins a day to add some extra cardio accessory work along side class programming this is for you....
